Before installing Ledger Live Desktop, make sure your system meets the following minimum requirements:
Windows 10+
macOS 10.14+
Linux Ubuntu 16.10+
At least 100MB of free disk space
USB port to connect your Ledger device

Choose your platform (Windows, macOS, Linux) and download the latest version.
Install the application by following on-screen prompts.

After installing, open Ledger Live. You’ll be greeted with the welcome screen.
Click “Get Started.”

Once your device is initialized:
Connect it again via USB
Ledger Live will detect it and guide you through installation of the Ledger Manager
You’ll use Ledger Manager to install apps for each crypto you want to manage (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
With the appropriate app installed (e.g., Bitcoin app), you can now:
Click “Add account”
Choose the crypto asset
